EA has always been partial to a drop waist dress.
Perhaps she was “sold” on this style from the Charlie Dresses we have made her . . . sewn HERE and HERE.
Or, it might have been due to her Oliver + S, Croquet Dress . . . sewn HERE.

No matter the reason, she has favored the drop waist style for many years.
When we were first introduced to the Children’s Corner, Molly, we KNEW that EA would be a fan!
Quite possibly . . . a BIG fan!
We sewed EA a size 7 {view A: short sleeves and pleated skirt}, and added 1″ to bodice and 1/2″ to skirt.

We finished this on up near the end of the season, but it has been able to be worn during a following season.
And, given EA’s taste in dresses, this may be one that transitions well into her upcoming tween years!
