We have always loved a good Oliver + S, Playtime Tunic.

But as EA grew, we wondered how this “style” would work for a growing child.

EA has entered her “tween years”, and seems to be growing before our eyes.

Ultimately, we decided that if we chose the “right fabric” . . .

EA would welcome a Oliver + S, Playtime Tunic into her wardrobe.

We sewed a size 12 in a knit, navy floral.

We fell in love with this Raspberry Creek fabric at first sight!

In addition to the navy floral, we sewed another size 12 with a cross-hatch, modern vibe fabric.

We believe it was bought at fabric.com, but can’t find the direct link to it now.

These two fabrics were completely different, yet worked for this age child.

Both fabrics were comfortable and wearable!

It is unfortunate that EA is wearing the largest size in this pattern.
