Ah, I would love to have this pattern to actually make it for myself with the wide waistband, no sash and partial gathers. Probably knee length, but I cn totally also see a midi length…
I have some lovely orange and blue that would make a nice skirt for me – wide waist, no sash and semi gathered. at least knee length. would probably have enough to make granddaughter one too.
What a cute skirt! I’m sure both my daughter and granddaughter would love this. Yellow and pink is such a cheery combo.
I would sew this for a child with a wide sashed waistband. Full gathers and mid-calf, because she LOVES long skirts.
Love the pop of pink buttons — and you’re right, it’s such a cheery Dana color combination, yet it looks right at home on your models. Perfect.
My daughter would love this and at 4.5 she is striving so hard to be a big girl even in her fashion picks! I would make the child size, wide waist band with sash and have it hit just above the knee. I have hidden in my stash some Riley Blake Derby Luck fabric and adorable horse shoe buttons, so this would be a “perfect fit” all they way round.
I would make one for each of my grandaughters.
I love that sash! Perfect first day of pre-k skirt for my little!
OOOOOOOH! Love that skirt! For me personally, I would make an adult size with a wide waistband, no sash, partial gathers and maxi length!
I have lots of gingham in my stash, so I would probably use a bright print with some gingham accents for my granddaughters.
I would love to make this for my 3 year old daughter. I would make the sash and I would use come cute fabric I have that is royal blue with little white frogs. I would also add some fun colored buttons, probably a bright pink. Thanks for Sharin this cute pattern
I would love to win this skirt pattern! I would style it for me (adult), knee-length, and probably partial gathers. Thanks for the opportunity!
I’d love to make my daughter a normal waistband, fully gathered, with a sash, hitting her right st the knee. Such a fun skirt!
I’d make this for my 3 and 5 year old daughters. I’d have to look at the pattern to be sure, but I’d likely do wide sash, partial gathers, and mid calf…..longer skirts have a little growing room!
I would make a denim skirt with partial gathers. Probably just above the knee with a wide waistband. For me! Such a cute pattern.
I’m not usually a fan of gathered skirts on myself, but those partial gathers might just work! I’d sew it for myself with partial gathers, a wide waistband and no sash. Then I’d sew one for my daughter with full gathers for full twirl factor!
Ooh, I think I’d make one for myself, knee-length with partial gathers, a normal (or maybe narrower) waistband with a sash. It looks fun!
i would love a partially gathered mid calf skirt with I sash. I love gingham with some fun buttons.
I’ve been eyeing this pattern!! I would love to make one for myself, above the knee, with a sash and partial gathers. However, I’m sure I would be sewing some full gathered little girl ones as well!
I picture my 4yold wearing a wide waistband and no sash, gathered, at the knee length for back to school time!
Child sized, waistband normal, no sash, full gathers, above the knee – any color but yellow for my granddaughters. My favorite color but I’ve already been told it’s not their favorite color!

So cute! I love the cheery yellow with the pink buttons and the colors look great on both girls. I would make a skirt for a 3-5 year old using the wide waistband, sash/bow, knee length, and with full gathers (the better to twirl, you know!). Thank you for the opportunity to win a pattern!
High waist, knee length, with sash – for me, please!
This skirt would be perfect for both my eldest daughter, who will only wear skirts at the moment, and myself – I am a teacher and this looks like perfect teacher-wear! I would make us matching skirts in a floral print with narrow waistbands, no sash, knee length and partial gathers. I would love to win this!
I’d love to make myself one with a normal waistband, partial gathers, sash and just below my knees. It’s a shame the smaller one didn’t fit CL, lovely work!
My granddaughter would love it in a purple/teal combination
I want one for me! Partial gathers, one length, wide band, and a sash! Love it!
What a cheery combination! My daughters have very similar waist measurements right now too… In fact, the oldest’s waist is only 2.5 inches bigger than the youngest’s! I’m curious if I could get this style to work for my oldest, who also likes to wear her skirts very, very low.
I love that yellow fabric. Can’t resist gingham! And so cheery! Great job I want one for me
I’d have to make it for my oldest daughter (6 going on 16) who wants to wear only big girl looking clothing. Wide waistband, partial gathers, no sash, at or slightly above the knee. Purple. Always purple.
So cute! I’d make a bunch of blue full skirts with fabric from my stash for Ansley. I’d make a linen one for me.
I have never sewed for myself and would love to try this skirt out! I also have a few little girls who would look cute too!
I think an above the knee length for my daughter and a knee length for me. I think a dark grey or denim would look good!
Childs, full gathers, smaller band, Katie, my dd approved!
