Happy April Fool’s Day! While we AREN’T FOOLING {although it is quite hard to believe}, it’s our last month of the “Flip this Pattern“: Spring 2015 season!!
Another Viewers’ Choice Winner is here to kick off the month by sharing her creation using the pattern of the month – the Brooklyn Pattern Company, Franklin Dress.
Ana Sofia, of S is for Sewing, previously won the Viewers’ Choice prize for her FLIP of the Cottage Mama, Run-Around Romper.
She didn’t disappoint with her interpretation of the Brooklyn Pattern Company, Franklin Dress either!! You’ve got to see what she did with the pattern…gorgeous, as always!
The sew-along opens tomorrow, and will remain open until April 30. Competitor Flips will be showcased the week of April 26, and voting will begin May 1.
In the meantime, grab your copy of the pattern here {and receive a 20% discount on it from April 1-8}. Enter the discount code, SPRINGFLIP, to secure your discount…good for ONE WEEK ONLY!!
Or…..if you are feeling lucky, enter the rafflecopter below to win a FREE Franklin Dress pattern {there are TWO up for grabs!}. Psst: You won’t win if you don’t try!
What a lovely pattern, I will need a good amount of inspiration if I want to make it better.
Isn’t that the truth??? We have a bad habit of selecting patterns we like “as is”….and find it difficult to sew them differently time and time again…
I would love to try this pattern! Love the pin tucks!!
Love these simple classic patterns!
Hey ladies, I left a comment on the Brooklyn Patterns website…but then I hit enter before I could record my comment in the rafflecopter box. My comment was
“Hi! I’m excited to see the Franklin Dress in the rotation for FLIP this pattern. I hope to be able to give it a try!”
Well, I have been wanting this pattern for a while, so I’m putting in for a free Franklin Dress pattern here! I actually have perfect fabric for it and everything!! Thank you!
Such a sweet pattern and I’ll enjoy seeing the flips!
I can’t wait to share my flip of this pattern!! It was hard to think of ways to change it, as it’s so cute “as is”.
Thank you so much for having me for this pattern!
I was so eager to try it for quite a while – obviously it wasn’t an easy pattern to flip (love the original pattern so much).
can’t wait to see all the flipped versions 😉
