May “Flip this Pattern”: WINNERS ANNOUNCED

What another fantastic month of sewing inspiration coming your way!!

We can’t believe the FINAL MONTH of “Flip this Pattern: Year One”  is in the books…..

So. Hard. To. Believe….

Four wonderful guest contributors {Marnae, Terra, Lisa, and Ana Sofia} and many sew-along creations whet our sewing appetites for the endless possibilities for sewing The Cottage Mama, Run-Around Romper.

Wow, at the inspiration popping up all over the blogging community!!

As for the winners??!?! These sew-along ladies didn’t make it easy for the judges.

We asked our panel of judges to judge these entries based on the following factors:

Creativity / Originality of Design

Quality of the garment sewn

Wearability

Overall appeal of the outfit

After the judges scores were tallied, the sew-along winner was Angie {of Edith and Eloise} with “A Love for Stripes” creation.

The judges stated:

*The styling, fabric choices, and colors came together perfectly for this flip. The bubble legs and collar shaping add great feminine details.

*I love the suspenders and pointy collar!

*Love that it is wearable as a two piece. The fact she created multiple wearable looks is a big win!

Congratulations, Angie! Grab your button, and display it proudly on your site!! You will be receiving the sew-along prize package in the upcoming days….

As for the viewers’ choice winner? This month, it goes to Ana Sofia with her FLIP of “Flutter Sleeve Romper“.

Congrats, Ana Sofia! Here is the viewers’ choice button to proudly display on your sidebar as well!!

Aside from the thrill of victory, you will be receiving an awesome prize package as well in the upcoming days!

A hearty congratulations to both winners!! Visit both of them today {here and here} to give them some virtual pats on the back, as well as check out other items on their blogs that interest you!

And, come back TOMORROW…as we begin to share what’s to come in the  “Flip this Pattern” series for the upcoming year!!

There’s going to be some changes…..some surprises…..but most importantly, LOTS of fun!!

Thank you so much!
I would never have guessed it :) All the flipped versions were so amazing (true to be told, the best part is to be inspired by all those talented ladies)!
Thank you again Emily and Ashley for pushing me out of my “sewing comfort zone” and Lindsay for this amazing pattern (this romper is truly a must …)!
