Not to be outdone by her sister’s “shopping adventure”, EA did a little fabric stash shopping of her own.
As definite as CL was on her fabric selection, EA was close to a polar opposite.
She thought, rethought, and mulled over the possibilities.
Then, we had to drape the options over her . . .to get a better idea on a garment.
She finally decided on her selection, and didn’t waiver from it.
We again, complimented the fabric as best we could – adding orange buttons and orange topstitching in areas.
This has become a favorite outfit of opinionated EA.
She might wear it everyday . . . if allowable!
Comfort is becoming a greater and greater deal to her.
Since these photos were taken, we’ve bought a pair of white leggings to pair with the tunic.
This has made the ensemble a bit more “springy” . . . and less “heavy.”
Having the nieces take a little ownership in the outfits sewn was a rewarding experience!
While we didn’t give them unlimited options, each was given enough of a selection to become excited about what was on the sewing table for them . . .
Please note: We foresee a repeat occurrence of this shopping adventure in the future! And, only time will tell what each might select . . .
I agree with her excellent taste in fabric!! 😉
HA! She’ll be glad to hear it . . .
How cute! I love the orange topstitching.
