The time has come to “Meet the Competitors” for the month of June.

It all began with the Zonen 09: Charlie…..and then, the FLIPPING began!

First, as an introduction by Michelle {Handmade Martini} with her Charlie Nightgown…

And, this week will be all about the competitors! And, prizes!!

These ladies have been chomping at the bit to show you their “Flipped Creations”….and they are ready to knock your sewing socks off…..trust us! But first, a little introduction of each is in order {introduced in the order of their “Flipped Appearance” for the upcoming week}!

Penya {An Apprentice Housewife}

I’m Penya and I blog over at An Apprentice Housewife. I’m a stay at home wife of the wonderful husband, a mom to my lovely 4 years girl and one little kicker who is due in this August.  I bought my first sewing machine nearly 2 years ago and had been learning how to sew from many of  talented bloggers ever since. Now I’m addict to sewing not only because it’s so rewarding to see something I’ve created on my child or myself but I’m also feeling blessed to belong to a community of sewing lovers all across the world!

My blog was started at June, last year. My first post ever was FLIP the E&E’s bubble shorts pattern sew-along. I’m beyond happy and very privileged that one year later; I’m joining this oh-so-inspired series as a first competitor entry for the second year of “FLIP this pattern”.  Millions thanks for Ashley & Emily to having me in!

Hi I’m Marte from Compagnie M. Since October last year, I’m selling my own digital sewing patterns with a twist. Hope you’ve ever heard of my Louisa dress, Mara blouse or more recent Lotta dress?  I don’t like anything more then spending time behind my sewing machine, trying to create beautiful garments for them. Besides sewing, I love traveling with my family. Especially to Romania. Can’t wait to leave again in 10 days from now…. Enjoy my flip!

Heidi {Handmade Frenzy}

Hi! I’m Heidi, mom to 2 fantastic little munchkins and wife to my wonderful, handy, patient and supportive husband. I blog about my sewing adventures at Handmade Frenzy. I have been sewing off and on since highschool, but I didn’t realize my passion for it until my daughter was born and I started wanting to make her and my son cute little outfits. I’ve been sewing non-stop for about a year and a half now and I love it even more since my skills have improved and I feel like I can tackle anything I put my mind to! I have sewn everything from home dec, to bedding, to bags, to all sorts of clothing for my kids and now I’m working on my skills to sew for myself. This sewing adventure shows no sign of stopping anytime soon, I plan to sew until I’m a grandma and hope to sew some quilts for the grandbabies 😉

Hey everyone! It’s Louise from I’m Feelin’ Crafty! I’m so excited to be here at Frances Suzanne playing along with Flip This Pattern! I’m a wife and mother, an architect by day and a crazy sewing person at night! I’ve been sewing for the last 10 years or so. I started sewing household things like cushion covers and curtains, then moved to purses and baby blankets. Then my son was born! I pretty much gave up the other things and started learning how to sew clothes and toys. That’s when the whole blog thing began. I started it to show my friends and family back home in ‘Bama what I was doing. As I started the blog, I started finding all sorts of other wonderfully creative crafting and sewing blogs. And people started reading mine! I’ve been so lucky to meet so many inspiring people all over the place thanks to my blog! I love sewing all sorts of things. Kids clothes, kids costumes and toys and a few things for me every now and then. And I’ve become an obsessive quilter, and and and…. If the kiddo and I can think it, we try to make it! Thanks for having me!

Each “flipped creation” will be showcased here….Monday through Thursday of THIS WEEK {one competitor per day}. Then, on Friday, June 27, you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite of the four creations!!
