Well done Ana Sofia! Love that cut out back – beautiful!
Thank you Mie! I can’t wait to see your flip next week
(love your sense of style!)
Lovely details! She looks so happy to be wearing it!
Trust me Michelle, she was very very happy! This is her new favorite dress
blue & white polka dots, eyelet trim… so sweet
Thank you!
These are a few of our favorite things
So pretty! I love the v in the back…it’s a great detail!
I wanted to sew a v-back dress for some time (vintage inspiration) and this looked like the perfect opportunity!
What a lovely dress! Well done!
Thank you so much Olga, for the lovely comment!
Beautiful Ana Sofia! I adore the colors too!
Thank you so much Hayley!
Blue is always my first choice (and my girl seems to love it as much as I do).
I loved your flip version so much
I love this flip. The V is stunning but still sweet. I am a sucker for big bows as well. The petal sleeves seem like they have a lot of roomfor movement.
I really wasn’t looking for something very dramatic as she is still very young – I am quite pleased with the outcome as it’s very wearable.
And yes, the petal sleeves worked very well – I will definitely be adding these to future projects.
It’s just beautiful – and so much Ana Sofia’s style!
Thank you so much Janice!
That’s such a lovely comment coming from you
I know this is the dress every girl dreams about…So cute!
I do need to agree with you. This is her favorite new dress (and she was so eager to try it on!)
She wore it all day and asked for it again the next day!
Ooh, pretty. Love the fabric and the addition of the sash.
Thank you Charity!
I couldn’t help myself – this flip needed a sash
so beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Those moments of excitement are why I love to sew for my girls. That’s what makes it all worth it. Your dress is beautiful! I love the way you changed it up!
Thank you so much Sallyavena! Usually she loves everything I sew to her, but this was special – as she took a major part in the process, she felt this was truly “her dress”

That neckline is really beautiful. Lovely flip!
Thank you! I really love the soft lines of the neckline (and the eyelet) – it looks very sweet on her!
This is so sweet, Ana Sofia! Very vintage looking…love it!
Thank you so much, Heidi! I can’t wait to see your version
So delicate, soft, and sweet for your little one!! Love it….and definitly showcases your ‘style’….
Thank you for having me in!
It was so much fun (and a bit stressful) and I’m quite pleased to be able to achieve a wearable flip for my girl!
Oohh I really like this one! Very sweet, and dramatic all at the same time. Nice flip. -Rachel
Thank you!!
That’s exactly what we were looking for (although I’m sure, she would loved if I had pushed it a bit more. She’s our little drama queen)
LOVELY … just love the back with the big bow
I definitely have a weakness for bows (especially big bows).
Já sei em quem vou votar!
Agora a serio, o vestido ficou girissimo! Cá me parece que as tuas hipóteses de ganhar são mesmo muito boas… Muitos parabéns!
Além do vestido, gosto imenso da primeira fotografia.
Muitos parabéns!
Obrigada Marta!!
This is so sweet! I love that it is Cinderella-esq without being shiny and sparkly. It looks very wearable but also something she can play princesses in. Plus I love all things blue
Thank you!
Cinderella is her favorite princess, so that may be reason for her picking blue (of course, I was quite pleased. I am a blue person by heart).
What an amazing flip, Ana Sofia! I LOVE what you did with that back, and the collar. It’s very much Ana Sofia, but also still a Tiny. Absolutely stunning!
Thank you An!
You already know how much I love the Tiny, yet it was not an easy pattern to flip (you already covered so much with lots of options in the original version)! I’m in awe with all the gorgeous flip versions that I’ve seen so far …
As usual, my girl loved it
Very beautiful ! It’s so pretty and romantic – perfect little girl dress. I love the bow! I recently added a sash to my secret squirrel outfit , and now I want to do more! I’ve got a flipped tinny idea on the go, but I’m not sure if I’ll get it finished on time! Too many ideas and not enough time in August! You’ve inspired me though !
