What a beautiful dress, Mie! Love the colours and the yoke is gorgeous!
Oh! And of course, you look gorgeous, too!
Ha, thank you Heidi. I guess I had to show myself when I decided to show my dress…that is made from my measurements 😉 Not my favorite thing though.
I love both of your inspiration dresses and how they came together here is just beautiful. I think it’s great that you used pieces of the original Tinny. And who can resist that wavy collar?
You are right…how can you resist? Thank you!
You both look fabulous together, Mie!!! The piping on the wavy collar and the pintucks really make the dress.
Awww, thanks sweet Pam!
Beautiful job Mie. I adore adore the colors and the pintucks… and you just look fabulous
Thank you Hayley!!
So cute! And I love your dress too!
Thank you!
Amazing flip!
Thank you so much Veronica!
Wow, Mie! I LOVE it – the colors, the collar, the front, the pintucks. Amaizing work. And you look so beautiful, both of you, actually all three of you. Evelyn is precious.
Thank you Olga! YES, she is certainly precious 😉
Just perfect, Mie! Your construction is impeccable, too!!
Thank you so much Jen!
You and your girls are adorable!! Love this beautifully executed flip!
Aww thanks Michelle.
Love the details and workmanship and all of those dresses! PS your ironing job is so much better than mine.
Haha, thanks Emily 😉 Yeah I only like to iron during the sewing process not afterwards 😉
The piping and pockets are perfect!
Oh Thank you so much!
How fun! I love the addition of a waistband, and I always appreciate a good pintucked bib. =)
Yeah, who does not like that 😉 Thank you!
Wonderful details!
Thank you so much!!
The wavy collar is on our ‘must sew’ list that is growing by the minute!! Nicely done – I’d call it a ‘double flip’…..flipping An’s Tinny dress into a similar outfit previously created!
Wow that will be my first completed acrobatic trick! I am way to clumsy and scared for the real thing. Sewing a double flip THAT is more my style 😉
Thanks ladies! For everything!
wow wow wow. Beautiful!!!
Awww, thank you thank you thank you Carin!!!
It’s a beautiful flip! I love the details you added/flipped and the colors of the fabrics you used. And the fact that mum has a similar dress…AMAZING!:)
Thank you so much Cindy!! At some point I was considering making Wilma’s in like the totally same colors as mine but decided, ahhhh that is too much 😉
Love it!!
I can’t pick a favorite detail – the collar, the side pockets, the hem and the lovely front placket.
PS. The last picture is priceless (your girls are so adorable).

Mie this is so great. I love your attention to detail. What a fabulous design youcame up with.I like that the skirt isn’t too full and the set in waistband detail.its sort of like a really cute and crazy school uniform. And as usual, I love your writing style and sense of humor.
