I really like the look of the 3/4 sleeve!
BTW, I’m going to my parents’ house at Thanksgiving and will check under the bed for vintage patterns!
Thanks!! Oooohhhhh, hope you get a ‘blast from the past’ this Thanksgiving…. :)!
Very well put! I love the dress, the fabric choice and how my eye is drawn to the asymmetric element of it. I’ll be checking back to see what you guys are up to in the mean time. We really should have a ‘Southern Sewing Summit’ or something like that.
A ”southern sewing summit” would be AWESOME!!! Since we’re not too keen on airplanes, it would definitely be more our ‘speed.’
Your style definitely is vintage and sweet with wonderful details. However, since I say “wow” in my head on almost every one of your PRP outfits, you definitely don’t blend in.
Awwww, thanks! It’s been a fun season, hasn’t it??
this is so very sweet – I love it!
Okay, Jessica…. We are so bucking for a “southern sewing summit”! What do you think? Once you catch your breath….
Lol – tell me about it!!! I want one…soooo bad. Just need to figure out if it is something we can pull off
This dress and your beautiful model caught my eye in the PR&P Flickr pool. That little girl is darling, and I love the sweet, conservative look you made and all of it’s details. I’d like to think my style is a bit like that, but without the vintage feel. I’m off to check out more of your blog!
Thanks!! Glad our styles overlap a bit… As far as the cute model, well: aunts are allowed to be biased, right!?!?
I love the piping and the sweet collar. How pretty.
